What is Reverse harem in comics?

The reverse harem genre in manga is a form of romance where a female protagonist is surrounded by a group of handsome male characters, often called a "harem". Instead of having just one male protagonist and many supporting females as in the traditional harem genre, reverse harem puts the female protagonist in the spotlight and creates a romantic and humorous atmosphere as many boys compete for her love.
